Our Vision
Our Mission
500 Baptisms, and 50 sent out by 2036
& 5 churches planted by 2041
Our vision is a God-sized vision but driven by faith—to see 500 baptisms, and 50 sent out for church planting/re-planting and missions by 2036 and 5 churches planted across Appalachia by 2041. Every number has a story, and we ask the God who is able to do exceedingly abundantly more than we could imagine to change lives in and through Appalachian Church.
Make Disciples that Love God &
Love People.
Appalachian Church exists to love God and love people as we go in simple obedience by doing what Jesus does and loving what Jesus loves.
How do we get there?
Our church discipleship pathway to move disciples from one stage of growth to the next is broad enough to include everyone, but specific enough to meet each spiritual generation where they are. The end goal is growth that will result in mature, relationally connected disciples. Based on Acts 2:45-47, our discipleship pathway focuses on four key areas which create a forward pathway of spiritual growth. If you plug in here, you will grow, and we have seen countless lives changed as a result!

Gather

The gathering exists to draw our hearts to God’s grace in the Gospel through worship, preaching, and serving.
We group together in community for discipleship by connecting relationally around God’s Word and prayer. We have AppGroups for small group style bible study and D-Groups for 2-3 member mentorship groups.
We give our first and best as a means of trusting Jesus as our deepest desire and leveraging our treasure for Kingdom impact.
Choosing to go on mission in our neighborhoods and around the world is key to sharing the gospel and making disciples of every tribe, tongue, and nation.
